You can say "우리 큰오빠(u ri keun o ppa)" or "우리 큰형(u ri keun hyeong)"^^
It is more natural to translate "my" into "우리" rather than "내"^^
My family - 우리가족
My parents - 우리 부모님
My university - 우리 학교
A picture of my family - 우리가족 사진
My house/home - 우리집
My dog - 우리 개
My boss - 우리 사장님

Well "우리" is more of like "Our" I guess....but if you are a girl, older brother is "오빠 (Oppa)" if you are a guy, older brother is "형 (Hyeong or Hyung)"....내 is more like "My"~~
