Use sometime. What you are saying with sometime is that you should meet at an unspecified time. Somehow means you don't know how you are going to get together to meet. For instance, if one person lives in America and another China, it makes sense to say "We should meet somehow?" because the question is how will you meet, but sometime works here as well.
