"Having done" or "have being done"?
Which of two constructions is correct?
I'm having a house built now. / I have a hous being built now.
(The meaning is that I hired a brigade, and they're building a house for me.)
Thx)

Liza,
I'm having a house built now.
This is the correct variation to express the idea that someone else is building the house FOR you.
I have a house being built now.
This is more ambiguous. The house is being built now either by me or by someone else.
