WHAT‘S THE MEANING OF “TIGHT SHOT”?
I ’VE READ SOMEBODY EXPLAIN MEANING OF THIS PHRASE IS ,PHOTOGRAPH IN SHORT DISTANCE OR FEATURE??IS IT CLOSE TO THE MEANING? I DON‘T KNOW HOW TO DESCRIBE IT MORE PROPERER ?

In this case you are right, a tight shot is like a close up.
If it's a tight shot of someone's face, for example, the face fills almost the whole screen so the space is very tight.
It is used for video and movies mainly, not so much for still photos taken with a camera.
