What's the difference between a desk and a table? Hello. Could you tell me what's the main difference between table and desk? And there's one more question... between a desk and a table between desk and table between a desk and table Which sentence from those three above is more correct? do I need the indefinite article(s) here? Thank you.

The correct one is "between a desk and a table." A desk is used for studying or work and usually has shelves or drawers of some kind, while a table is just usually flat.
