it depends on the context,but you would never say "be hurry".You might say:"Hurry up" or "be faster please" or "Go faster please" or "I am in a hurry" or "Sorry to hurry you". I hope this helps!

Be in a hurry is a usable phrase when you do it correctly.
You must really be in a hurry to get all that done today. Would you like help?
