I don't understand what is "Ogay Igpay Atinlay" means :(

Woohoo!! PIG LATIN!! It's been ages since I've seen this. :D To convert a sentence into pig Latin, take the first consonant of a word, move it to the end and add "-ay". So "ogay" was originally "go". Opehay atthay elpshay ouyay. :)

Yep. This is pig Latin. In my own childhood, many of my peers used it and I became quite fluent. As I grew older, it lost its mystery as so many people could understand what I and my friends were saying. For your amusement, take a look at Wikipedia's entry on the subject: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pig_latin . I was exposed to two others as a child: double talk, and Tut. There appear to be many more jargon languages, and they cross linguistic and cultural barriers. You might also want to research "Esperanto." Good luck.
