whould you please tell me what the meaning of "Rounded out" And "Outthink"? What is this text mean? "A good sence of intuition rounded out her arsenal. It made her believe she could outthink people most of the time, and she used all these inner talents to protect her ego." "rounded out her arsenal" ?? "rouded out"?? and "outthink" is this means she could guess what is in their mind?

* "round out " means to bring to completion a synonym would be "fill out" "finish off" or "finish" so the sentence means that a good sense of intuition made her arsenal complete Example:"These studies round out the results of many years of research" * "out think" means "out wit" which means "gain an advantage through cleverness" it's the same as "outsmart" I hope this clears things up for you.

Hmm it should say rounded off, not out. :( Rounded out, means to cut a spherical shape in to something, rounded OFF means to finish. At least in English it does. Out-think is just what Mizo said. To be more intelligent than someone else and to beat them because of it.

Mizo_Elgabry's definition of "round out" is correct. It might not be used in England, but in the U.S. it means to complete something. Examples: "We now have a complete team, with John rounding out the roster." "This new model car rounds out my collection of 1930's Ford cars."
