Suggest to have or suggest having? which is correct?

"Suggest" is a verb that takes a gerund as an object, not an infinitive. Therefore, "having" is correct.

suggest having is correct, there are many verbs and phrases like suggest after which we use gerund, for example: like, enjoy, don't mind, would you mind...?, avoid, imagine....
