What is the difference between "Dental Sounds" and "Dental Consonant"?? please explain me the differences~~

I do not think there is a difference between the two, mainly because, as far as I know, no vowel-sound is produced by using teeth in the process. Here you can find the IPA Chart of pulmonic consonants:
