I did not see these mentioned, they are fairly common: "Anything else?" "Any thing else for you today?" "Can I get you anything else?" "Will that be all?" ...... "That'll do" "That's good" "That's all" "Nope, thanks"

Many different ways. A.) 1. Is that all for you? 2. Will that be enough? 3. Is that enough? 4. Is that enough for you? 5. Will that be okay? 6. Is that alright? 7. Will that work for you? 8. Will that be alright? 9. Is that going to be alright? 10. Is that going to work for you? etc. B.) 1. That works. 2. This will be fine. 3. Yes, that is all. 4. Yes, that is enough. 5. It's good! 6. Yeah that's fine. 7. Yes, that will be okay. 8. Yeah, that's great. 9. Yes, that's good for now. 10. Yeah, it's alright. 11. Yeah, that's all. Sometimes however, there is a subtle difference between using these phrases - they all tend to have their own variance in politeness like most phrases. Sometimes people say those things and don't actually mean them for example - at that point rely on body language to tell you if that dismissive hand-wave is sarcastic about things being alright or not! Is it said with a sigh? Or is it said cheerfully? And sometimes one person says "is that alright?" and the other person responds with "it's fine," not using the same words from the other person's sentence. For the most part though most of these are interchangeable with what you asked. If you use "will that be all?" you actually sound really formal, as if you're in Britain in a little shop asking someone if they have bought everything they came in for. (However, keep in mind that if you are learning British English and not American English, your question is more correct for that dialect than it is for an American English dialect, which tends to get a little lazy and ask questions less rigidly, at least to my ears!)
