What does "No blocked numbers" mean?

In the U.S. when you call somebody you can block your number by putting *67 in front of the number, this way when you call people they won't know see the number of who is calling. But some people don't allow you to call them if you block your number, for security reasons. Sometimes ya'll hear a voice message that says "The person you are calling does not wish to talk with people who block their numbers" or " No block calls"
