Both are correct. In conversational speech, both forms could be used it you were going to work overtime in the future. If you were actually started working the overtime when you made the statement, then you would only say "I'm working overtime today."

" I work overtime today" is grammatically incorrect, but probably very widely spoken in America. The correct way to say this is "I will work overtime today." or "I'll be working overtime today."
