which one is right, wake up me and wake me up? can someone help/tell me which one is right, wake up me or wake me up? and can you give me some examples for using those sentences? when do those sentences usually use? :)

The correct way to say this is "wake me up." You would say something like I have an appointment in the morning, could you please wake me up at 7 o' clock? -- Wake up me is never correct, so there's no sentence to make for that one. Also your last sentence "When do those sentences usually use?" is not correct. What you wanted to say was "When are those sentences usually used?"

When you have a separable phrasal verb, if you use a personal pronoun (me) instead of a name (Ambar) or an object, then you must put the pronoun inside the phrasal verb. With a name or object you can do either. "Wake up Ambar." "Wake Ambar up." "Wake me up." "Wake her up."
