Basic form is 나는(난) 못생겼다/어. you can skip 나는 which means I am if you want more formal one is 저는 못생겼습니다/못생겼어요.

못났어요. Got that from a song lyrics. Or... 예쁘지 않아요 which means "not beautiful"
