What is the difference between"every two days" and "every second day"? "every two days" ->It would be clearer to say: "every after two days". ->e.g.: Drink this medicine every after two days. "every second day" ->Randy is right. Every second day of what? week? month? year? ->e.g.: the 2nd day of the week is Tuesday, the 2nd day of November is Nov. 2, and the 2nd day of the year is January 2. Hope that helps (^_^)/

Normally the expressions would be equivalent, but you have to be careful. Every second day? Every second day of what? Every second day of the week?
