As for your sentence, scratch is ข่วน in Thai. Therefore, "i was scratched by cat." means ฉันถูกแมวข่วน or ฉันโดนแมวข่วน

If you are scratched by something, the answer is ข่วน, as Sul said. But it can also translate as เกา. So if you scratch itchy skin, use เกา.
