Depends what it is intended to mean.
I suppose if someone is being visited by another they might ask what time the will arrive. "What time are you coming today?"
Then they may say that they can stay for dinner.
"You can have dinner with us tonight."
So that would be fine assuming that is what they intended to say.
There is a problem with the last sentence
"Is this sentence have any problem?"
It is much better English to say
"Do these sentences have any problems?"
And the answer is no, the sentences seem fine to me.
Or simply
"Is this good English?"
