I think you mean 에 and 에서, not 애 and 애서. They are both location marking particles. The difference between them?에 means "to" and "at", and it marks location, time, and other things. 에서 means at, to, and from. Since 에서 also means from it can express FROM A to B or "from somewhere." Example: 여기에서 to there. (From here to there.) & 미국에서 왔어요. (I came from America.) 에 does not mean from, just 에서. I am not Korean, so this is just a guesstimate from what I have studied myself. I would rely more on a native response. I hope this gives you and idea though. :)

애, 애서가 아니라 ~에, ~에서가 올바른 표현입니다. ~에는 존재의 위치를 나타내며, ~에서는 동작이 일어나는 곳을 나타냅니다. 나는 집에 있다. (내가 존재하는 곳이 집임을 나타냄) 부엌에 냉장고가 있다(냉장고가 부엌에 있음을 나타냄) 동생은 방에서 공부한다.(공부하는 동작이 일어나는 곳이 방임을 나타냄) 엄마는 부엌에서 요리를 하신다.(요리라는 동작이 부엌에서 일어남을 나타냄)
