Consolidate is a more academic and business related word and is the right option. In this sense it means to 'bring together' knowledge. Fix is about mending things or mending something that is broken and needs repaired. It often means 'fixing' - repairing something technical Sometimes people will use fix in the sense to resolve something. (For example, something is wrong with how Jack's team is performing at work) The boss says "Jack fix the problem!" So fix can sometimes be used in the business sense but it would be business slang.

You can use 'consolidate knowledge", although it is very academic. You cant use 'fix knowledge' but you can use 'fixed knowledge' as in "That is fixed knowledge". Hope this helps

I've noticed 'consolidate knowledge' being used; not so sure about 'fix knowledge'
