We confirm/We can confirm/We will confirm We confirm that we have an office in New York. We will confirm that we have an office in New York. We can confirm that we have an office in New York. I see all of these forms in business coresspondence. How are they difference in nuance? Thanks

We confirm ...This is what you should use. We will confirm...Don't use this. It is not really correct. We can confirm...This is a little more complicated but you would have very little occasion to use it. What kind of people use it most often? The police and the Palace. Example: "We do not wish to comment on speculations that Her Royal Highness the Duchess of Cambridge is expecting twins. We can confirm, however, that she is feeling better and is resting at Kensington Palace."
