I have time to go with you or I have THE time to gonwith you. I have a time is incorrect.

You either say "I have time to go .... " or "I have the time to go...." The only time I can really think of referring to "a time" is when you are talking about a specific period of time in the past tense. "There was a time when I could juggle." (Meaning: Currently you can not juggle, but you could in the past) Hope this helps :)
