I am 'honored'... In English we sometimes say 'I am honored...' It's like expressing "I am extremely pleased and grateful to be..." For example: "I am honored to be your first special guest" "I am honored to be your first performer of the night" "I am honored to be your student" How would I express this in Mandarin Chinese? Please could someone translate these 3 sentences? I'm more concerned about getting the right feeling across than a direct translation!

you can translate it into "我很荣幸..." "I am honored to be your first special guest" 我很荣幸当你的第一位特殊客人。 "I am honored to be your first performer of the night" 我很荣幸身为今晚首位表演者。 "I am honored to be your student" 我很荣幸成为你的学生。
