Could you give me a example?I saw it on a blank piece of paper to the left corner write the sentence at the beginning"With compliments", i know it means that "write it down, make it happen", right? But i want to know other usage. Please.

Makenzie Thank you for the additional information. "With Compliments" is the standard phrase that is printed on a compliments slip. It does not carry any specific meaning. It is just a convention. It certainly does not mean "Write it down. Make it happen." Here is an explanation on the use of compliments slips. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Compliments_slip Broadly, a compliments slip is a cover note for an attachment, a sample or a business gift. A personal gift should never be sent with a compliments slip. Otherwise, "with our compliments" is rarely used in daily life except by hoteliers and restaurateurs. It means "free of charge" and is the same as "on the house". Example: Please have this glass of champagne with our compliments. This is the same as: Please have this glass of champagne on the house.

This is generally not used in a sentence but on a compliments slip. As Ben says, you could tell us what you want to say and we could give feedback to see if there is a better way to say it.

It CAN mean "this is a gift, you can keep it." It could be used in a situation where the recipient might not be sure. For example, someone might say to me "Where can I get a picture of your grandson?" I might mail them a copy of the picture and say "With my compliments." It means the picture is a gift and they don't need to send it back.
