From my experience / Since my experience / In my experience Which one is correct? Are the 3 of them possible in any sentence? I wan to say, for instance: From my experience, reading books helps you to learn a second language faster Since my experience, breastfeeding is the best way to feed your child.

In US English, either "from my experience" or "in my experience" is fine. "Since my experience" is never used in this way.
