What does (I broke my arm) mean? I heard (I broke my arm). What does it mean? Does it mean that it was broken only, or it mean that (I harmed my arm)?

It means that one or several of the bones in the arm is broken or severely fractured. If you break your arm, you usually have to have the bone reset in hospital and wear a cast on your arm until the fracture is healed.

It means the bone in your arm was broken, somehow. The reflexive construction ("I did it to myself") is idiomatic and doesn't mean you literally took a hammer and broke your own arm.
