It would be great to meet the family and hear more about your travels. You are welcome, and thank you for your business. Well, I look forward to seeing you next week. If you 'catch up' with someone, you find out what they have been doing since you last spoke to that person. If you catch up with an old friend, for example, you can chat about your news and about what has been happening in your lives. 'The chance to catch up' means the opportunity to hear what you have been doing recently.
