We use "~~のせいか", when the parson dosen't know the reason why somthing is exactly, but he guess the reason. We can use "~~のおかげか" as same as "~~のせいか".

せいか 《所為か》 (exp) (uk) it may be because which can translate to "maybe", "possibly", etc
