In the US, we say "trailer", but caravan and campers are understood to mean the same thing (a trailer is a more generic term).

In the U.S., it's a camping trailer or simply a camper. We understand a caravan to be a long line of any type of vehicles driving down the road. But it's unusual to be used that way.
