"In your eyes" can be translated as בעיניים שלך and also as בעיניך.
From practical point of view there are some differences between the two options:
בעיניים שלך - More colloquial, can be used as a kind of swear (or asking somebody to swear "in his eyes"), or when we refer really to the eyes (Doctor: "I didn't find any problem in your eyes, you are OK").
בעיניך - More literally, and is used in the meaning of "your opinion". For example - ?איזו חולצה יפה יותר בעיניך.
