There's no distinction in English. You can either add "elder" or "younger"/"little" to the word to indicate who you're talking about. So for example: My elder brother (哥哥) was fighting with my younger sister (妹妹).
哥哥 = elder brother
弟弟 = younger brother / little brother
姐姐 = elder sister
妹妹 = younger sister / little sister
