I know Koreans also use this phrase when they introduce themselves to colleagues, but saying this phrase in English sounds unnatural and awkward. Instead, it might be better to say something like, "I look forward to working with you." Or "I look forward to working together."

想了半天,还真没听过老外这样说过,估计是文化不同吧。他们更愿意帮助别人,而非求助别人。不过直译的话无非就是 help appreciated! 或者any help would be appreciated! 你可以下次试一次,看看老外什么反应,哈哈

Sean hit the nail on the head! Instead of trying to find a way to translate this cultural expression I think it would be better for you to listen for common phrases used by your colleagues when they introduce themselves. Things you might hear: "It's good to be here! Thank you." "I look forward to working with you." "Glad to be a part of the team!" and so on.
