what's the meaning of "Jacob" in this knock-knock joke? Knock knock. Who’s there? Jacob. Jacob who? Jacob your mind! Do you want to hear another knock knock joke?

It probably means "make up your mind". But the difference between the sounds of "Jacob" and "make up" is too big to be funny for a native-speaker. I recommend you forget this joke!
