Which sentence is better? I do not want to abuse your courtesy. Or I don't want to overuse your kindness.

In the US we generally use "take advantage of" in situations like this. So something like " I don't want to take advantage of your kindness" or simply "I don't want to take advantage of you" would be most appropriate. :)
