How do I say "sacolão" in english? In Brazil have the local "sacolão" that buy fruit and vegetable.

where you buy fruits and vegetables? I would say "greengrocer" but more commonly, we would say, "I need to go to the fruit and vegetable market" or just "I need to go to the market" to buy some fruits and vegetables.
