The phrase, "...we can make our corresponding following," is not correct.
I would have chosen, "Please send us the tracking number, so we can track the order." However, if you would like other ways of saying this while using forms of the words "corresponding" and "following," please see the appropriate sentences I have listed below:
1) "Please send us the corresponding tracking number, so we can follow-up (with you upon receipt)."
2) "Please send us the tracking number, so we can correspond with you as a follow-up."
In English, "corresponding," can mean sending a correspondence (letter, message), but can also mean "related to" or "regarding."
So, if you want to say that you need the tracking number that corresponds with (is attached to) your specific package, the first sentence works well. You can leave out the portion in parenthesis if you do not plan to communicate with them as a follow-up and only intended "follow-up" to mean you would look for the package to arrive on or about the date associated with the tracking number.
If you are using "corresponding" to mean communication between you and the sender, the second sentence works, but I prefer the first one.
