Football? Soccer? What's the difference? Football and Soccer.

In England they are the same thing. However an English person would only really refer to it as Football. In America they call American Football (NFL) , football. They refer to football as soccer. To avoid confusion to a worldwide audience you could use Soccer although an English person may correct you and say its called Football :)
