Eye focus is when your eyes are looking at something. When you focus on something, the background or surroundings tend to look blurry while the thing you focus on is clear. Focus tends to go in and out when someone's dizzy or tired. "In and out" means they are focusing, and then not focusing over and over. I hope that helped!
