In my opinion, you can use any of these, depending on the context and the emotional value you have attached to the experience. A priceless experience would describe an experience you could not possibly pay for, because its value is beyond money; a worthy experience is one that improves your sense of self-worth in some way; a valuable experience is one you found emotionally or psychologically valuable; a precious experience is an experience you will treasure as something really special. From this you can see that it depends entirely on what the experience meant for the person having the experience.
