I haven't had any complaints yet.
Hello.
In an American movie, while changing the name of a currently featured movie on the marquee, a man accidentally drops a plastic letter on a passer-by's head.
Man: Are you all right?
Woman: Yeah, I think so.
Man: How's your head?
Woman: I haven't had any complaints yet.
Man: Excuse me?
Woman: Uh, I think I'll live.
This is most likely a joke. Could you, please, explain to me her answer to "How's your head?"
Thank you!

I think Matthew is right that it is a sexual joke.

No, it's not clear that she wants to get intimate. That's possible, but more likely she is just trying to embarrass him.

Whoa. Didn’t see it coming. You're probably right. The woman is flirting with the man. It's quite evident that she wants to get intimate with him.
Thank you, Matthew and John!

it may be a sexual joke but it is unclear from the context. She may be talking about her proficiency at the type of sex act.
