'Tu' formations?
In the sentence "Lascia che ti spieghi" (Let me explain), why is 'explain' in the 'tu' formation if 'I'm' doing the explaining?

If I'm not mistaken, it's a subjunctive, triggered by the construction 'Lascia che....'
Subjunctive:
io spieghi
tu spieghi
lui, lei spieghi
noi spieghiamo
voi spieghiate
loro spieghino
