Can this idiom "get over yourself!" Be positive?
Is it's only meaning "stop being conceited"?

I can't think of a context where this could be a positive thing to say to someone.
Maybe if someone was being timid, talking about how they aren't good enough to do something, one could say "Get over yourself!" to mean "Get over the things that are holding you back", but that is a very specific case, and even then, I would probably say something else.
