The second is more natural. The first phrase will be understood but not sound native, but the difference in feeling to me is very slight.

I think it's different. This is the last time i warn you means the truth. and This is the last time i l will warn you means the willing?

I think both of them are clearly understandable, but the first one is closer to the correct grammatical form. Waiting for a native speaker :)
