What does "comparable performance" mean?
I saw "comparable performance" in an abstract of a paper: "our model achieved better or comparable performance". Does "comparable" means that the performance is able to be compared with others? I don't get it... Or does it mean that their model get a relatively good performance?
Compared to others, their model performed better or "comparable" to others: means they did better or just about as good. So, you could say the "comparable" ones were about the same.
