Can I answer with “sometime”?
The question is: Do you like traveling?
The answer is: sometime.
Is it correct or it should be “sometimes”?

"Sometimes" is correct - sometimes means occasionally, now and then, or some of the time. "Sometime" is most often used to mean at an unspecified point in the future. For example, "We should discuss that sometime" would mean that you will discuss it in the future at an unstated time.
