That is just not how I am wired. What is the meaning of “wired” here?

It means that someone does or does not have a natural tendency to behave or think in a certain way, to like something, etc. I'm just not wired to like leafy greens. Everyone's brain is wired differently. I hope that's helpful.

Carol has the right answer. In case it's helpful, I just wanted to add: When you say that a person is "wired" a certain way, you are comparing people to machines or computers. The way a machine is "wired" (the way the wires are connected) will determine how the machine works. The way a person is "wired" will determine their basic nature (what they enjoy, what kinds of things are easy for them, how they solve problems, etc.).

It has two meanings: one: I am very excited to do something. The second: I have a gift or a tendency innate in me to do.something. It is the second meaning that is intended in your statement.
