Dont understand this:framed keepsake for their mantel?
I’ve smiled for photos with people who call my husband horrible names on
national television, but still want a framed keepsake for their mantel

I think in this case "framed keepsake" means photograph. So they badmouth her husband then ask her to pose with them for a photo.

"Mantel" just refers to the top of the fireplace. The top of the frame around the fireplace is commonly used as a place to display photos and other nice things.
