Which of THESE sentences is right?
“She is a girly daddy’s princess” or “She is daddy’s girly princess”
“She is a rich daddy’s girl” or “She is daddy’s rich girl”?

The phrase I believe you are looking for is "She's daddy's little girl".
Out of the four options you provided, the only correct one would be "She is a rich daddy's girl." and this would be taken as an insult.
Other common phrases include "She's daddy's princess" or "She's daddy's little princess". Most of these come with a negative tone in my opinion.
