how to use ""be located by + a place"?
Hello,
Could I use "It is located by a hill/ river/building" to refer to "it is located near a hill/river/building"?
How about "be located in/on/at/to+a place"? I suppose that "be located in + a place" is used when the place is big, like a country, a city, a town;"be located at +a place" is used when the places are smaller than those places just mentioned; "be located on+a place" is used when the place is a street, island. Does "be located to+a place" mean the same thing as "be located by +a place"?
Thank you.
