I just Google-translated it and it came up as "you try my specialty". This is a bit of an odd sentence in English when the word "you" is added. "You try" makes it sounds forceful and impolite. I will word it better in English: "Try my specialty". (This sounds more polite, as if you are offering something.) That's it. Or you could ask it as a question: "Do you want to try my specialty?" If you are working at a restaurant, you may want to use it this way: "Try our specialty". The use of "our" makes the business sound like a full unit, with other employees involved. But if you are a one-person operation running a restaurant without help from anyone else (no employees), "my" specialty is okay.
